This member is an elderly female who requires assistance due to age-related health concerns including chronic UTIs, diabetes (managed with pills), and high blood pressure. She is a fall risk with limited walking ability and will need support with mobility and safety around the home. The member is not bedbound but does require attentive care to prevent falls and ensure daily needs are met.
She lives with her daughter and has pets in the home, so caregivers should be comfortable around animals. The member is a non-smoker, and the environment is smoke-free. Ideal caregivers should be patient, attentive, and experienced with elderly care, especially in mobility assistance and chronic condition support.
