Advanced Rheumatology of Houston – The Woodlands, Texas Full/Part Time available

Advanced Rheumatology of Houston is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to assist providers with accurate, real-time documentation of patient visits in the electronic health record.

The Medical Scribe will document patient histories, symptoms, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, laboratory results, referrals, and follow-up instructions. Additional duties include preparing charts, locating medical records and test results, and ensuring documentation is complete and ready for provider review.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong typing, spelling, and organizational skills.
• Medical office, scribe, or electronic health record experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced clinic.

Rheumatology experience and familiarity with Practice Fusion are preferred but not required.
