Training Wheels ABA is a leading behavioral health company specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide Early Intervention services to learners aged 18 months to 10 years, enriching the lives of children in the Pflugerville, Dripping Springs, and Greater Austin community.

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) you will receive free comprehensive training, including a minimum of 40 hours of paid instruction, competency assessment by a BCBA, and RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

• Collaborate closely with our BCBA and Operations Manager
• Provide therapy sessions to children with ASD
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Document client progress accurately

Monday to Friday, in person

• Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working with children

Must be able to commute to Austin, TX 78745, Pflugerville or Dripping Springs.
