Pro Care Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Texas for the  school year beginning in August 2026. • August 2026 start date - May 2027
• Onsite position, Itinerant & K-12th grade mix of age groups
• Caseload and school assignment discussed during interview
• Supportive district and multidisciplinary therapy team

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support student communication and academic success
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or pending Texas SLP license
  
  Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
• CCC-SLP preferred;
  Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or medical settings
