About the Role

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care assistance, medication management, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, as well as promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our management team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical, personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as needed
  • Encourage and support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Monitor clients' condition and report any changes or concerns to our management team
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed (with assistance, if required)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
