Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 104 Enterprise Avenue - Responsibilities:
Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing;
Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Complete required documentation thoroughly and timely in accordance with policy and regulations;
Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and report changes as appropriate;
Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab
