Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 1800 North Broadway Street - Responsibilities:
Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing;
Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Complete required documentation thoroughly and timely in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations;
Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab;
Respond to requests for service and relay information and referrals to the Occupational Therapist
