• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition, as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Engage with patients and residents, providing emotional support and companionship
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and regulations

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance, as needed
