Compensation & Role Details

• Base Pay $71,000.00 - $80,000.00 / Year
• Employee Type Full-Time
• Required Degree 4 Year Degree

Full-Time | Monday–Friday w/ Rotating Weekends | 50 hours a week

This is a proactive, prevention-focused role in the industrial setting—you’ll build relationships, keep employees healthy, and make a direct impact on workplace safety every day.

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• 1+ year experience (or new grad program completion) preferred

On-site in industrial settings. You’ll be active, hands-on, and part of the team—not stuck behind a desk.
