Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis or equivalent.
• Licensure:
  Board Certified Behavior Analyst license granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• Language Proficiency:
  Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

• Communicate Findings:
  Share assessment results with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative and compassionate communication.
• Develop Interventions:
  Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to design evidence‑based interventions that enhance student behavior, performance, and access to education.
• Provide Supervision:
  Deliver therapy services directly or oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals.
• Monitor Progress:
  Collect, analyze, and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Teams:
  Participate in IEP meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and school‑wide discussions to advocate for students’ needs and strengthen special education programs.
