We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bronte Health and Rehab Center, a renowned healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our short-term rehabilitating patients, long-term residents, and outpatient. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in leading, guiding, and directing the delivery of occupational therapy services, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.

- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the delivery of occupational therapy services, programs, and activities in accordance with current state and federal laws and regulations, as well as respective practice acts in the state.
- Coordinate the achievement and reporting of the facility's key performance indicators for occupational therapy.
- Evaluate and report key performance indicator outcomes to the Rehabilitation Director to determine the need for action.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to effectively lead, guide, and direct the delivery of occupational therapy services, including processes for timely screening, evaluation, treatment, discharge, and documentation requirements.
- Comply with facility policies and procedures for documenting, billing, and coding for residents receiving occupational therapy.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and/or monthly rehabilitative and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss residents' therapy progression.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members through scheduled interactions.
- A valid, unrestricted license in your therapy discipline in the state.
- Meet educational requirements of your licensure requirements.
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
- Knowledgeable about skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
