• Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement treatment plans for patients with various physical impairments.
• Provide one-on-one patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
• Assist patients in developing strength, flexibility, and range of motion to improve overall function and mobility.
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in in-service education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

• Associate's degree or certificate in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Texas.
• Ability to lift, pivot, and transfer patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
