Centro Med is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the Chronic Disease Prevention Program. You will assess, plan, and provide nutrition counseling to participants, helping prevent and manage chronic diseases through individualized and group sessions.
Responsibilities include collaborating with primary care providers, documenting in EHR, and coordinating referrals. A BS in Nutrition and RD credential are required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
