Location: Eastland
Humana's Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in the home or facility, develop Plans of Treatment, and coordinate care to improve speech, language, swallowing, and overall communication.
Minimum six months of experience, active SLP license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required;
Home Health experience is preferred. Pay ranges per visit and annual base salary are provided.
