Location: Cooper
Creative Solutions In Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas. You will provide person-centered care to help residents improve mobility and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
This role requires an active Texas PTA license, good standing, and preferably SNF or long-term care experience. We value strong communication and teamwork, and support ongoing education and a competitive benefits package.
