Location: Ganado
Ganado-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents improve independence and safety through meaningful daily activities and functional outcomes.
You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with the care team to modify interventions as needed. A Texas license and SNF experience are preferred, and familiarity with Net Health EDS is a plus.
