Job Overview

In‑home care assistance for seniors and older adults in Dallas, Texas. Provide compassionate, individualized support to help clients maintain quality of life and independence within their homes.

• Day shift (preferred)
• Night shift (preferred)
• Overnight shift (preferred)
• Monday to Friday, with weekend availability preferred
• 3–12 hour shifts; 4–10 hour shifts; 4–12 hour shifts; 5–8 hour shifts (self‑determined schedule preferred)
• Overtime available

• Bathing

• Dressing
• Grooming
• Routine hair and skin care
• Feeding
• Toileting
• Transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Escort to appointments
• Medication reminders

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred)
• Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care a plus
• Empathy, compassion and kindness (required)
• Reliability, punctuality and sound judgment (required)
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness (required)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and provide references
• Pass a drug screening (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance (required)
