Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, invites licensed Physical Therapists to join a clinician‑driven practice that values autonomy, mentorship, and professional growth. The role features an average caseload of fewer than 12 patients per day and a flexible, clinician‑controlled scheduling model.

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.

Base salary: $80,000–$99,000 per year.

Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 and a weekly bonus based on patient volume, potentially adding an additional $8,000 per year.
