The role features an average caseload of fewer than 12 patients per day and a flexible, clinician‑controlled scheduling model.

- Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
Base salary: $80,000–$99,000 per year.
Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 and a weekly bonus based on patient volume, potentially adding an additional $8,000 per year.
