Location: Lampasas
Park Highlands Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house team. The SLP will evaluate residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits, work on cognition or swallowing goals, educate residents and caregivers, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and functioning.
Responsibilities include AAC implementation, coordination with physicians for swallowing procedures, and documentation.
