We are hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) across Texas to provide in‑home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home‑based setting.

- Provide evidence‑based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Required:
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
Preferred:
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual:
English and Spanish
- Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
