Location: Kaufman
Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care to improve outcomes. The PTA will perform prescribed therapies under a PT supervision in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
Qualifications include an active Texas PTA license, good standing, and knowledge of current treatment practices. SNF experience preferred; familiarity with Net Health is a plus.
