We seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to support an onsite clinic at a large-scale construction project. This role blends traditional counseling with real-world impact, working directly with employees in a unique, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities- Support individuals facing stress, substance use, family challenges, and mental health concerns
- Lead mental health awareness initiatives and educational sessions on-site
- Engage directly with employees in a non-traditional, field-based setting
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Therapy Notes
- Build trust and encourage participation - services are fully covered for employees
- Active LPC or LCSW license (Texas required)
- Comfortable speaking to groups and leading educational sessions
- Open to working in a non-traditional, active environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse populations
Compensation: $80K-$90K + $3K sign-on bonus (potential flexibility)
Setting:
Onsite clinic (PPE/training provided as needed)
