Crucial Requirements:

• Vaccination Status:
  Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per the client's explicit request.
• Driving & MVR Requirement:
  Must be comfortable and willing to drive the client to medical appointments and errands using the client's personal vehicle. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Background Check:
  Must be able to pass a clean, comprehensive background check and drug screening.

We have an immediate opening for a dedicated, reliable caregiver with a true heart and passion for senior care in the Hempstead area. You will be working directly in the home of an elderly client, providing essential companion care, daily living assistance, and transportation support. The family is looking for a serious, long-term professional who will become a trusted presence in the household.

• Transportation & Errands:
  Accompany and drive the client safely to doctor's appointments, therapy sessions, grocery shopping, or short outings using the client's car.
• Personal Care:
  Support the client with daily personal hygiene, including bathing, showering, dressing, and gentle incontinence care.
• Household Support:
  Take care of everyday household tasks including laundry, cooking, and light house cleaning to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Nutrition:
  Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals according to the client's preferences.
• Companion Care & Mobility:
  Provide meaningful companion care and assist with safe mobility around the home.
• Safety Monitoring:
  Remain alert to changes in health or behavior, reporting any unusual incidents immediately and acting responsibly in emergencies.

• Driving Credentials:
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (MVR check required).
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in home care, senior care, or a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
• Attributes: A genuine passion for supporting seniors, highly dependable, organized, and punctual.
• Requirements:
  Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the shift location every day.
