Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Nurse to support the health and well-being of our veteran residents. In this key role, you'll oversee pharmacy services, medication management, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives to ensure residents receive safe, timely, and exceptional care.

• Coordinate pharmacy services and medication delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with VA, state, federal, and company pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor medication storage, distribution, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Conduct audits and medication regimen reviews to support resident safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nursing leadership, residents, and families.
• Support infection control efforts and pharmacy-related quality measures.
• Assist with survey readiness and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Promote best practices that improve resident outcomes and quality ratings.

• Current and unrestricted Texas LVN or RN license is required.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with VA systems, formularies, or veteran healthcare programs is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze medication processes and recommend improvements that enhance resident outcomes.
