Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
Deliver standardized, high‑fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.
Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers:
All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV).
Maintain proper instructor‑to‑student ratios per MEDCoE directives:
Classroom lecture 1:24, Classroom practical exercise 1:6, Invasive procedures 1:1, Skills validation testing 1:1 per casualty.
Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites.
Requirements- Must meet ONE of the following:
Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate - Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
- Former Air Force 4
NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4
NOX1), E-6 or above - Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
- National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Demonstrates expertise in delivering high‑fidelity medical training and operational support within a Medical Simulation Training Center, ensuring compliance with performance standards and maintaining necessary certifications. Proficient in TC3 training across multiple tiers and capable of managing instructor‑to‑student ratios effectively.
