Provide Personal Care:
Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing following care policy guidelines;
Maintain Resident Environment:
Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked;
Support Mobility:
Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics;
Record Vital Information:
Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption;
Assist with Positioning:
Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
