Creative Solutions in Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care for residents including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing according to care policy guidelines;
Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking grooming supplies;
Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics;
Record vital information by documenting vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption;
Assist with positioning by turning and repositioning residents and encourage engagement through range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed
