The Rose seeks a Community Outreach Coordinator to engage new partners delivering breast health services in defined Texas service areas, including Angelina County. You will promote programs, schedule mobile sites, and deliver education resources to insured and uninsured women.
You will collaborate with partner organizations and patient navigation teams to ensure smooth access to diagnostic care while reporting on outreach progress and outcomes for program goals across our Houston centers.
