The Madisonville Care Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. You will provide person-centered care to improve residents' mobility, strength, and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Ideal candidates hold a Texas PTA license in good standing, have SNF or long-term care experience, and are comfortable with Net Health electronic documentation. Flexible schedules welcome.
