is currently seeking Caregivers/CNA's to work in George West*.

private duty
work available throughout area,we service our clients 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs/IADL's
Transferring and positioning of the client
Incontinence Care
Companionship and conversation
Encouraging client Mobility

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and 1yearof working with seniors in a professional setting.

Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia preferred
Age 18 and up due to bonding, etc.
CPR Certification is a plus
Strong transfer techniques
Weekend availability may be required
Background check conducted
One year hands on experience in a facility or home setting required.

Primary Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)

Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping
Household management
Walking assistance
Eating assistance
Errands
Transportation using clients vehicle or your vehicle
Meal planning and preparation
Laundry and linen changing
Bathing assistance
Dressing assistance
Toileting
Medication reminders
Monitor Alzheimer's and dementia clients
Overnight
Assist client to and from bed
Assist client throughout the night

Other Requirements

Pass recurring 30-daqy skills assessment and client review with Client Services Manager (if required by state)
Document activities in the Care Plan Book daily
Record daily hours worked and daily services performed in Well Sky software or if turning in a Weekly timesheet and service log, must be turned in by 5pm , every Monday.
Report any significant client changes to the office immediately
Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Senior Helpers employee handbook and training manual

Pay: $13.50 per hour plus depends on assignment
