• Required Qualifications:
  
  Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Responsibilities:
  Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care; deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life; collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members; educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs; maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree Electronic Medical Record platform;
  
  manage a caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day; contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
