Alvarado Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation - 201 East Thompson Street - Responsibilities:
Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function;
Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a Physical Therapist;
Respond to service requests and relay to the Physical Therapist;
Implement/modify plans of care under PT supervision;
Measure and record motor function, strength, and muscle performance
