We're seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established Rural Health Clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to its community.

You'll partner with providers, nurses, and administrative leaders to ensure efficient clinic operations while fostering a positive workplace culture and continuously improving quality outcomes.
What You'll Do- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Rural Health Clinic
- Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) regulations
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency
- Drive patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee clinic workflow, scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics
- Support financial performance through efficient operations and resource management
- Maintain excellence in customer service while promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Associate's Degree required;
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Current Texas RN license preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Three or more years of clinic or ambulatory healthcare experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with Rural Health Clinic operations is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of EMR systems, clinic scheduling, compliance, billing, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
