You'll partner with providers, nurses, and administrative leaders to ensure efficient clinic operations while fostering a positive workplace culture and continuously improving quality outcomes.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Rural Health Clinic
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) regulations
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency
• Drive patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee clinic workflow, scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics
• Support financial performance through efficient operations and resource management
• Maintain excellence in customer service while promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork

• Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Current Texas RN license preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Three or more years of clinic or ambulatory healthcare experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with Rural Health Clinic operations is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of EMR systems, clinic scheduling, compliance, billing, and quality improvement initiatives
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for leading teams and improving patient outcomes
