We are looking for someone who is polished, confident, results-driven, and highly skilled in advanced aesthetic treatments. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking a provider who can step into a sophisticated, high-end environment and deliver exceptional care, strong treatment outcomes, and a polished patient experience.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic devices and corrective skincare treatments, including Halo, Morpheus8, microneedling, and other laser or energy-based procedures. This person must be comfortable educating patients, recommending treatment plans and skincare, and working within a luxury, medically supervised aesthetic setting where professionalism, presentation, and patient trust matter.

Position Summary

The Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist performs professional skincare and device-based aesthetic treatments in accordance with state law, office protocols, physician oversight, and accepted standards of practice. This role includes facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and advanced laser or energy-based treatments for appropriate candidates.

This position also plays an important role in the overall patient experience by delivering high-touch service, educating patients, guiding treatment decisions, supporting retail skincare recommendations, and helping patients feel confident in both the process and their results.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform professional skincare treatments in accordance with office protocols, licensure, and accepted standards of practice
  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including Halo, Morpheus8, microneedling, and other laser or energy-based procedures within training, competency, and practice protocols
  • Evaluate patients for treatment appropriateness, contraindications, and pre- and post-care needs
  • Educate patients on treatment expectations, downtime, aftercare, maintenance, and home skincare regimens
  • Recommend appropriate treatment plans, skincare products, packages, and service enhancements to support patient goals
  • Provide a polished, attentive, and high-touch patient experience throughout every interaction
  • Thoroughly document patient treatments, recommendations, settings, and conversations in a timely manner
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all services, products, and practice offerings
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, stocking, and equipment care
  • Follow all safety protocols, device standards, and office procedures related to aesthetic treatments
  • Support room turnover and daily clinical flow
  • Assist with rooming and preparing patients for treatment when needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of both aesthetic and medical services offered by the practice and guide patients to the best service for their goals
  • Handle patient questions and concerns professionally, courteously, and confidently
  • Attend trainings, meetings, in-services, and continuing education as required
  • Support other areas of business operation as requested by management

Required Qualifications

  • Current Texas aesthetician license in good standing
  • Active Texas laser hair removal certificate required, if applicable to services performed
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience performing laser and energy-based treatments in a medical aesthetic setting
  • Demonstrated treatment experience with Halo, Morpheus8, microneedling, or comparable resurfacing and skin remodeling platforms
  • Strong knowledge of skin health, contraindications, treatment planning, pre-care, aftercare, and patient safety
  • Experience recommending treatment plans and medical-grade skincare products
  • Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
  • Professional, polished, and confident patient-facing presence
  • Ability to thrive in a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic setting
