$38.50/hour
Day Shift | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week guaranteed | No weekends | No on-call
Hiring a
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)for a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting in Hamlin, TX. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands‑on patient care and helping older adults improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
What you’ll do:
- Provide treatment under a Physical Therapist’s direction (therapeutic exercise, gait/balance training, functional mobility)
- Support safe transfers and ambulation progression per plan of care
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist
Requirements:
- Active
TX PTA license
(or compact) - 2+ years PTA experience
(required) - LTC/SNF/geriatric rehab experience preferred
