CHRISTUS Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment, exercise instruction, and patient education under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in home care. You will help implement the plan of care and support patient well-being.
Responsibilities include guiding patients through active and passive exercises, gait and transfer training, and coordinating with the care team. Weekend rotation and valid PTA licensure are required, CPR certification preferred.
