West Texas Centers is seeking a compassionate FEP Case Coordinator / MH Case Worker to support individuals aged 15-30 experiencing their first episode of psychosis across 23 counties. The role combines case management with direct clinical collaboration and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
You will build relationships, coordinate services, and help clients develop recovery skills while documenting progress and outcomes. Travel across the service area is required.
