As an Activity Director at Avir at Hico, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of activity professionals in creating a vibrant and engaging community for our residents. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our seniors, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Activity Director to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and implement a wide range of activities and programs to meet the diverse interests and needs of our residents

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, family members, and community partners to identify and address their needs and preferences

  • Lead and collaborate with a team of activity professionals to ensure seamless program execution and high-quality services

  • Monitor and evaluate activity programs and services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

  • Develop and manage activity budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds and materials
