As a home health aide, you visit patients across the Breckenridge area and provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a nurse. Typically, your day includes:

• Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
• Following each patient’s care plan and reporting changes to the nurse
• Offering companionship and a caring, reassuring presence

First, we look for a caring, dependable person with a patient-first attitude. In addition, we look for the following:

• Home health aide or certified nurse aide (CNA) experience (preferred)
• A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
