Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Join a team making a measurable difference. A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed for a hospital-based role in Dalhart, TX supporting inpatient and outpatient patients. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Duties include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, providing therapeutic exercise and modalities, and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

The schedule is flexible.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in hospital-based physical therapy preferred, including inpatient and outpatient care.
• Ability to follow treatment plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist and to document interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
