Location: Woodville
Creative Solutions In Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to help residents improve mobility and quality of life under supervision of a Physical Therapist. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills are essential.
Texas PTA license required. SNF/long-term care experience preferred and Net Health EDS familiarity is a plus.
