- Pulse must reflect the name on a government issued  - no middle initial or middle name. Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Treatment hours:
Combination of IP/OP (80% IP with 20% OP) depending on census or preference

General certification requirements:

• BLS
• Other certs required for all PT:
  Texas and national license

Common diagnosis/types of patients:

• SNF
  - General, wounds, ortho, neuro, Debility
• Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient
• Critical Access:
  Op all dx, IP:
  Acute/Obs/Skilled/woundcare/Vacs
  - All dx

What areas are they required to cover?

IP/OP

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties:

• Wound care experience is preferred but not required
• IP/OP experience

Rehab Aides: PTA's 2-3 PTAs and 1 tech

  Rotate in with staff, may be needed, discuss in interview

Additional notes:
Very supportive nursing and therapy staff, will see general PT cases; fractures, ortho injuries (sports), 10-15% neuro and a few amputations, neck pain (NO acutely ill patients at this campus). Unit has 2 FT staff PTs that will support the PT and take any cases they do have experience with. Any specialized cases are sent to St Joseph Regional (sister facility in Bryan, TX).
