Physical Therapist | Patient-Focused Rehab Team

Role

A compassionate Physical Therapist responsible for providing patient-centered care to support recovery, mobility, and pain reduction.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans under physician guidance.
• Prepare and educate patients on prescribed treatments and exercises.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Provide age-appropriate care across all patient age groups.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure proper sanitation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols while maintaining confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of physical therapy equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred:
  One year of physical therapy experience.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients, pushing or pulling up to 300 pounds.
