Location: Cooper
Creative Solutions In Health Care seeks a compassionate Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support residents in a SNF setting on a PRN basis. You will deliver prescribed OT services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
The role requires an active Texas OTA license and COTA credential, with preference for SNF or long-term care experience and up-to-date OT treatment knowledge.
