Location: Cooper
Creative Solutions in Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide rehabilitation services to residents under the plan of care.
Responsibilities include documenting care, collaborating with an IDT, and educating patients and families. New grads are welcome; flexible schedules and competitive compensation are offered.
