Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 203 Bo Gibbs Blvd - Responsibilities:
Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function;
Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders under supervision of a Physical Therapist;
Implement and modify patients’ physical therapy plans of care under PT supervision;
Measure and record patients’ motor function, strength, and muscle performance;
Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely in compliance with policies and regulations
