Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long Term Facility - PRN

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our PRN team on a per diem basis. As a CNA, you'll be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing basic care, and supporting our residents' overall well-being. • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Provide basic care, including vital signs, weight tracking, and specimens collection
• Support our residents' mobility and range of motion exercises
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with assistance (if necessary)
• Basic life support certification (BLS) or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
