Optum Home & Community Care’s House Calls program seeks Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to deliver preventive in-home care to Medicare Advantage and other plan members in the United States. This non-prescribing, field-based role offers autonomy and a flexible schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
