Med-Trans Corporation is seeking an Emergency Response Paramedic to deliver advanced life support and critical care transport within our Emergency Services department. In this field-based role, you will respond to high-acuity emergencies and interfacility transports, working aboard helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and ground units. You will perform rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing management of critically ill and injured patients while collaborating closely with pilots, flight nurses, and hospital/EMS partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support and critical care during air and ground emergency responses and interfacility transports.
- Rapidly assess, stabilize, and treat critically ill or injured patients following established protocols and medical direction.
- Collaborate closely with flight nurses, pilots, and EMS/hospital teams to ensure safe, efficient patient transport.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment used in helicopter and fixed-wing environments.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic patient care records.
- Adhere to strict safety standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain clinical excellence.
- Support a mission-driven, compassionate culture and represent Med-Trans professionally in all community interactions.
