Role:
Lead the U.S. market access strategy for Pharvaris's rare disease (HAE) therapies, focusing on payer engagement and reimbursement optimization.
Responsibilities:- manage relationships with PBMs, GPOs, Medicaid, Medicare, VA/Tricare, and other key payers
- develop account plans
- advocate for Pharvaris products
- collaborate cross-functionally with market access, medical, sales, and government affairs teams
- monitor market trends and represent the company at industry forums
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access or as a national account director, with expertise in rare diseases and payer negotiations
- robust payer relationships across commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and government payers
- proven collaboration and negotiation skills
- experience in pharmacy and medical benefits
- up to 65% travel
- existing relationships with Optum, United, Kaiser
- rare disease launch experience
- government/federal payer knowledge
